Having an upset stomach is part of teething. I'm not sure why they're connected, but my daughter had wicked upset stomachs and usually ended up with a red bum (because of diarrhea). I hope your little tyke feels better soon!

Aubree got diareeah (that wasn't the normal color of her poo) for about a week before her two bottom teeth popped through the skin! Have you tried teething tablets? Supposedly they help with restlessness due to teething and are all natural.
How old is your little one? Which types of food is she eating? Is she still on formula or does she get cows milk now? If she is still on formula, I would only offer formula for the time being and see if it possibly something that she is eating!

My son is almost a year but has already been diagnosed with a milk allergy. He is also allergic to some other things we haven't determined yet. They can do a blood test for this. He blisters on his skin if it touches his skin. If ingested he has a very soured sweet smelling poop but don't notice the color thing. He also has a skin rash (under the skin) like little bumps. The color thing could be a bug rather than teething or allergy. I would insist on an allergy test. It sounds like either she doesn't like milk, has an intolerance or could be allergy.
