Take her to the doctor. There's not nearly enough information here to tell you what could be wrong, but it sounds like she's sick, in which case she will need to see the doctor anyway.

My oldest had the WORST constipation from birth. The watery poo you are seeing is what is passing around the hard stool in her bowel. It looks like loose stool, but its actually constipation. We would add 1/2oz prune juice to 2 bottles everyday, and it helped a bit. As for the gas, hold her in the football hold- on her stomach across your forearm. That's the only way our little guy would calm down. If the prune juice doesn't work, your pediatrician can prescribe murilax, a very gentle laxative thats safe for babies.
